How do RV sites work?
$650/month covers water and sewer. Electric is billed separately by meter. Sites are pull-through and fit Class A rigs 40ft and over.
Minimum lease for tiny homes?
Tiny home leases have an 8-month minimum. Email your preferred location to get on the waitlist — we'll reach out as availability opens.
Travel nurses & contractors?
Absolutely. We work with healthcare professionals, contractors, and workforce teams regularly. Abilene is minutes from Hendrick Medical off I-20.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — pets are welcome at all Buck Creek communities. Leashes are required in common areas.
