How do RV sites work?

$695/month covers water and sewer. Electric is billed separately by meter. Sites are pull-through and fit Class A rigs 40ft and over.

Minimum lease for tiny homes?

Tiny home leases have an 8-month minimum. No sites are currently available — email your preferred location to get on the waitlist and we'll reach out when something opens.

Travel nurses & contractors?

Absolutely. We work with healthcare professionals, contractors, and workforce teams regularly. Abilene is minutes from Hendrick Medical off I-20.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — pets are welcome at all Buck Creek communities. Leashes are required in common areas.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Free park-wide Wi-Fi is included at all communities.

How do I get on the waitlist?
